KAFOO Bundle Usage Rates

Customers can use their KAFOO bundle credit for calls, messages, and internet at competitive rates:

• Call rate: 2 IQD/ Sec.
• Internet rate: 4.5 IQD/MB for all bundles, and 4 IQD/MB for KAFOO 30 bundle.
• SMS rate: 50 IQD/ per SMS.

Subscribing to KAFOO Bundles

Both new and existing subscribers can easily join the KAFOO bundles through multiple convenient methods:

• Zain App: Download the the app from the Android or Apple stores and log in to explore available bundles and subscribe. Subscribers will receive an additional 20% bonus on KAFOO credit when subscribing through the app
• Direct Dialing: Simply dial *285# to subscribe to KAFOO bundles instantly.
• SMS: Send the word "KAFOO" to 2085 to activate the desired bundle via text message.

Subscription Details:

1. For New Customers: KAFOO bundles can be obtained by purchasing a new SIM card available in the market and using one of the subscription methods mentioned above.
2. For Existing Customers: You can subscribe to KAFOO bundles from any existing Zain line. Upon subscription, all benefits of your previous line will be lost, and your plan will be switched to the KAFOO plan.
3. The bundle will automatically renew when there is sufficient credit, based on the last subscription or renewal. If there is insufficient credit for renewal, the subscription will be paused until enough credit is available.
4. Subscribers can subscribe to the same bundle more than once, with units accumulating and the longest validity applied.
5. Customers can check their bundle balance via the app or by sending an empty SMS to 2085.
6. To cancel the subscription, use the app or send an SMS with the bundle number, preceded by 0, to 2085.

 

KAFOO Line Details:

• The line comes with an initial credit of 500 IQD, which is added upon the first top-up of 5,000 IQD or more, along with an initial validity of 7 days.
• In the absence of active KAFOO bundles, customers can make calls at a rate of 2.8 IQD/ Sec and send SMS at 50 IQD/ SMS. Internet access will not be available from main credit.
• Customers can transfer credit after using 10,000 IQD or more from the basic credit and subscribing to one of the KAFOO bundles. The cost of subscribing to bundles will count toward the basic credit usage.
• After purchasing and activating KAFOO line, the customers must top up their credit to purchase one of the available bundles and start using it. Each top-up card will provide a specific validity period, allowing the line to remain active and enabling the subscriber to carry out various activities available for lines with validity.

Details of the KAFOO (2+1) Offer

• How to Subscribe:
  Subscription to KAFOO 2+1 offer bundles is available exclusively through Zain app. Subscribers must update the app to the latest version to access and subscribe to this offer. The app can be downloaded or updated from Android and Apple stores. Once updated, users can log in to view the details of the KAFOO 2+1 offer and subscribe.

     1-  New Customers: New customers can access KAFOO 2+1 offer bundles by purchasing a new KAFOO SIM card from Point Of Sales and subscribing directly through the app.

     2- Current Customers: Existing KAFOO lines can subscribe to KAFOO 2+1 offer bundles directly via the app. Prepaid lines from other plans can also subscribe to the KAFOO 2+1 offer bundles through the app, and their plan will be converted to a KAFOO plan.

• Extending Credit Validity:
  The main balance validity is extended for 30 days from the date the bundle is activated. This extension applies each time a bundle is added (allowing up to 90 days validity in total). However, this applies only if the credit validity is shorter than the bundle validity at the time of each addition.
• Subscription Renewal:
  There is no automatic renewal after the 3-month period ends. Customers can manually resubscribe to the offer via Zain app.
• Subscribing to Multiple Bundles Simultaneously:

     - Customers cannot subscribe to the same KAFOO 2+1 offer bundle more than once during its validity period.

     - It is not possible to combine multiple KAFOO 2+1 offer bundles at the same time. However, after the 3-month bundle validity expires, customers can resubscribe to the same bundle or choose a different one.

• Subscribing to Regular KAFOO Bundles:

There is no conflict between the KAFOO 2+1 offer bundles and regular KAFOO bundles. Customers can activate both bundles simultaneously. The multipliers credit from the bundle will be consumed based on the nearest validity expiration.

• Checking the Bundle Balance for the KAFOO 2+1 Offer:
Customers can check their bundle balance through Zain app or by sending an empty SMS to 2085.

Zain customers who have migrate their plan to KAFOO can migrate back to their original plan by calling customer service 107 or by visiting one of Zain's main shops.

Subscription Methods:

• Via Zain App: Download Zain App from (Android & Apple) stores, log in, check the available bundle details, and subscribe instantly.
• Direct Dial: Dial *285# and subscribe immediately.

Bundle Renewal:

• The bundle is automatically renewed based on the date of the first subscription.
• In case there is not enough credit, the subscription will be suspended until the enough credit is available.

Multiple Subscriptions:

• Multiple subscription to the same bundle more than once is not allowed during the bundle’s cycle
• If the customer re-subscribes after cancellation, no credit will be deducted, and no new units will be added-the bundle will simply be reactivated for renewal in the next month.

Balance Check:

• Via Zain App.
• Or send a empty SMS to 2085.

Un-subscription:

• Via Zain App.
• Or send (011) to 2085 for the 50,000 IQD bundle, or (012) to 2085 for the 70,000 IQD bundle.

Usage Rates from Bundle credit:

• Calls: 2 IQD per second.
• Internet: 4.5 IQD per 1 MB.
• SMS: 50 IQD per SMS.

The internet usage limit feature is available under the same conditions as the regular “KAFOO” bundles.

Sharing the multiplied credit:

Customers of “KAFOO Family” 50 and 70 bundles can share the multiplied credit with other KAFOO numbers via Zain App:

• Share part of KAFOO credit (minimum 5,000 IQD).
• 50,000 IQD bundle: share with up to 2 numbers.
• 70,000 IQD bundle: share with up to 4 numbers.
• Sharing is free, and only the shared amount is deducted from the multiplied credit.
• The shared credit can be used for calls, SMS, and internet at the same rates of multiplied credit.

Additional Features:

• Calls between KAFOO Family group numbers are free (deducted from the host’s group minutes balance).
• If the host’s subscription is cancelled, the free credit can be used until expiry.
• Numbers can be added up or removed at any time, free of charge, with no limit.
• When a number is removed, the shared credit can be used until its expiry, but free calls between it and the group stop.

Adding Non-KAFOO customers:

• If a non-Kafoo number is added, they will receive an SMS invitation to migrate to Kafoo via:

• Dialing *246#
• Sending an SMS with 80 to 2085
• Or via Zain App

• After migration, they can receive shared credit and enjoy free calls.

Checking Shared credit:

• Dial *233#
• Send an empty SMS to 2085
• Or via Zain App.
